PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Technology Platform for Pharmaceutical Products

The Website enables the purchase of pharmaceutical products, including prescription drugs, OTC medicines, and wellness items, offered by third-party retail pharmacies (“Retail Pharmacies”). OurMedico only acts as a technology host and intermediary, offering tools to facilitate these transactions. The responsibility for the authenticity, quality, and legality of the listed Products and Services rests solely with the respective Retail Pharmacies. Users are advised to exercise due diligence before purchasing.

The Company does not guarantee the availability of the Products, nor is it liable for any inaccuracies in product descriptions or representations made by the Retail Pharmacies. For prescription drugs, Users are required to upload a valid prescription, and orders will be subject to verification by the dispensing pharmacy. The prescription-related data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Diagnostics Services

OurMedico provides Users access to diagnostic services via third-party laboratories (“Labs”). Services include sample collection, testing, and report generation. The Website solely facilitates this process and is not liable for the performance or outcomes of the Labs. Labs are fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Users and Labs agree to resolve any disputes independently.

Doctor Consultations

The Website allows Users to access teleconsultation services through third-party registered medical practitioners (“RMPs”). These RMPs are independent contractors and are not employees or affiliates of OurMedico. Users are advised to consider these consultations as supplemental and not as substitutes for in-person medical care. OurMedico is not liable for the quality of advice or consultations offered by the RMPs. Users encountering malpractice or service issues are encouraged to report them for review.

Invitation to Offer for Sale

Listings of products and services on the Website represent an invitation to offer, not a direct offer for sale. The acceptance of a User’s offer is contingent upon prescription verification (where applicable) and product availability at the concerned Retail Pharmacy.

Transfer of Property and Completion of Sale

Ownership of Products passes to the User upon successful dispensation and invoicing by the Retail Pharmacy. Delivery services are provided either by the Retail Pharmacies or their agents, and OurMedico bears no responsibility for delivery delays or discrepancies.

Eligibility of Use

OurMedico acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes or damages arising from product quality, identity, or delivery issues.

Payment and Refund Policy

The OurMedico Plus membership is a non-transferable and non-assignable membership program and is non-refundable except as expressly set forth hereunder. In such cases, We will facilitate this process by forwarding your grievance to the relevant Retail Pharmacies/Labs to ensure a prompt and effective resolution. However, our Grievance Officer shall continue to serve as the primary point of contact for any concerns related to the services provided on our platform.

Company collects, processes and shares data with third parties, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, in order to provide, manage and complete delivery of products and services requested by You. Company views the protection of Your privacy and information as a very important principle. COMMUNICATIONS

You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by way of SMS, e-mails or any other mode from Company, phone calls relating to the Products offered through the Website and this supersedes any opt-out preferences you may have set in relation to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s National Do Not Call (and Do Not Disturb) registry as per the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.
